Here we go again, another excuse for the obese among us to explain why they are how they are.  Some scientist claims that obesity can be caught like a disease, get a grip.  


Stop jamming groceries down your maw, get off your phat ar5e and obese you will no longer be.


Sure, not!  The reason they are obese is because they jam in far more than they burn, it's not rocket science, it's calories in vs calories out and it only takes an extra hunge here and hunge there to go into calorie surplus and turn podgy.  It is so easy to add flesh, just add 500 calories a day over your BMR and voila, that's 1lb (0.5kg) of weight gain per week.  What's 500 calories - not a great deal, it is a fine line between a deficit and a surplus.

So, from suing fast food chains to blaming virus', people just need to stop kidding themselves and face the facts, it is your own god damned fault, no one else's.  Don't blame genetics, don't blame your 'big bones'.   Blame yourself.
